For Collection: If it's a bespoke collection, do ensure your paynow settings are set up.

For Repairs / Exchanges: You can book a slot to bring in your item, and we will take care of the necessary repairs or exchanges.

For Cleaning: For regular cleaning, there will be no charge if the item was purchased from us. Kindly allow 10-40 minutes for the item to be ready.

For deep cleaning / re-plating services, a fee will be charged, regardless of whether the item was purchased from us or not. The processing time for these services typically ranges from 5 to 20 days.
